April 2008 Update

Great things are happening in the C2C Program here in South Australia and it is worth mentioning some real milestones. NAMIG has had both State and Federal funding committed until the end of 2010 which allows NAMIG and all its partners to further develop and improve the full scope of the C2C Program’s suite of projects and activities.

What do a homemade wind tunnel, a mobile “leisure” seat, delicious “stud” muffins and a catchy hip hop song by Shadow Asylum have in common?  They are all C2C/PBL projects produced by high school students on show at the third annual regional C2C Expo held on the 21 November 2007.

Prime Minister's Announcement

On 20 July 2007 the Prime Minister, The Hon John Howard, announced that "the Australian Government will provide $1.225 million over four years for the continuation of the Northern Advanced Manufacturing Industry Group Project

August 2007 Update

The month of August has been especially busy and productive with the start of the Tenix Aerospace UAV project, Science Alive at the Wayville Showgrounds and Science @ the Lakes activities at Mawson Lakes as well as a whole host of Lean Manufacturing Workshops, OHS&W Workshops and C2C idea development.
